| Datassential Research conducts web-based surveys exclusively for Foodservice Professionals. Our surveys are for invitation only. When a survey goes live, some may be actively open for a variation of length, from a day to even a month. Below are a few questions that we often get from our members. We'll be updating this list whenever we encounter important questions. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's) • How much can I earn? In exchange for your participation, we would be giving you gift certificates from Amazon.com ranging from $10-$40, sometimes it may even reach to $60 per survey, depending on the length of the study. • How will I know if I qualify for the Gift Certificate? On the survey, once you see the last page that says "thank you for completing the survey", this indicates that you are done with the study and is automatically qualified to receive the gift certificate from Amazon.com, with the amount indicated in the email invite. • How will I get the Gift Certificate? The gift certificate will not come from Datassential but an address from Amazon.com. If you didn't receive the Gift Certificate, it may have landed in your junk folder. Don't forget to add gc-orders@acigiftcards.amazon.com to your address book to receive your gift certificates directly in your inbox. |
• How will I know the status of my gift card?
If you wish to follow up on the status of your Gift Certificates / Gift Cards, send us an email at customerservice@datassential.com together with the links (url) of the studies that you have completed.
• I am not a member of your Panel but I work in the Foodservice Industry. How can I join?
We have 2 easy steps for you.
First. You can email us your contact information (name, phone number, restaurant/business name, your title/position) or enter your email address here [If you choose this option, you will receive an email notification].
Second. One of our agents will call you for verification. You will be asked a few questions regarding your Foodservice operation and other contact information. After that, you will be added to our database so you can answer online surveys exclusively for our members.
